Happiness is Internal
Happiness is not a product of luck or coincidence. Being happy is intentional.
Most of the things that happen in your life are the result of the choices you make.
You may argue that sometimes, in some situations, you just don’t have a choice. But most of the time you actually have. You just chose not to choose.
All of our choices, even the seemingly irrelevant ones affect us in all aspects of life: physical, mental, emotional, social, financial, and spiritual.
Sometimes we tend to focus on the problems, the hurts, and the pains that other people brought into our lives. We can drag our way into life with hate and bitterness in the heart.
It is our choice.
But we can also choose to be happy, grateful, and release forgiveness anytime we want. We can choose to live a life of passion and purpose and do something incredible with our lives.

These things can be our choice, instead of holding on to old resentments, hurts, and disappointments.
It is always our choice.
Nobody can make us truly happy. If we seek happiness from external things, then we are making ourselves vulnerable to a life of pain.
Happiness is filling up your own cup. You are the only one who can make yourself truly happy by choosing to be so.
Happiness is internal.
