God's Goodness Is A Sure Thing

"Surely your goodness and love will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever." - Psalm 23:6
People may disappoint us, but God’s goodness and love are sure things.

With God, there is never any shadow of inconsistency (James 1:17). Our love for Him may grow cold, but His love for us remains steadfast (2 Timothy 2:13).

A GRACIOUS HOST

In this chapter, David saw God as a gracious host preparing a table for Him in the presence of his enemies.

It will be good for us to also think the same as enemies does not only mean the people who oppress or stress us, but circumstances as well.

When we realize that the Good Shepherd never fails to lead us, feed us, protect us, and pursue us, our response should be sincere and heartfelt worship. Beyond music and lyrics.

PRAYER

Father God, be glorified in our lives. May we recognize that everything we do is an act of worship to You. Fill us with your Holy Spirit and help us to live a Spirit-filled life. Full of love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, gentleness, faith, and self-control. Thank You, Father, in Jesus’ Name we pray. Amen.
